I’m a manager at a Forbidden Flavours.

How did you get started?

From a friend of a friend who read in the newspaper that there was an opening. So I applied.

What does your job involve?

Customer service, dealing with people. Trying to be pleasant all the time.

What’s the best part of the job?

Dealing with the people. You meet all kinds of different people.

What are the challenges?

Just the grind of it all. There’s so much to do all the time, but I like to be busy.
