Eight Brandonites are among the 15 finalists for the 19th annual Orange Crush Talent Search for Kids final.

The finals will be held at The 40 (Trails West Inn) Sunday, Nov. 22, with a supper consisting of a baron of beef buffet preceding the stage show.

The Brian Kelly Band out of Saskatchewan will be the backup band for the finalists — seven in the 13-and-under class and eight in the 14-and-over group.

The finalists include:

13 and under — Taylor Bessett, 12, Brandon; Kendra Kvemhagern, 13, Elkhorn; Katie MacDonald, 13, Brandon; Mackenzie Moffat, 12, Brandon; Julianna Moore, 10, St. Lazare; Kristen Nerbas, 12, Brandon; Courtney Wallis, 12, Brandon.

14-and-over — Kim Erickson, 15, Tyndall; Katlin Mathison, 17, Brandon; Dylan MacDonald, 15, Brandon; Hailey McIsaac, 14, Winnipeg; Tianna Martin, 12, Storthoaks, Sask.; Shannon Patterson, 14, Winnipeg; Jennifer Theriault, 16, Brandon; Ginni Wark, 14, Winnipeg.
