EDMONTON _ A Greenpeace activist marched up the steps of the Alberta legislature in a bid to present Premier Ed Stelmach with pictures of ducks struggling in an Alberta oilsands tailings pond. Stelmach initially said he hadn't seen images of the ducks, but then recanted and said he'd seen photos close to the time of the 2008 incident.
