Bias shown over bridge name

Story:

Yahoo Bruce Penton. I read the article "Bland Bridge'' and couldn't agree with you more. I even made a bet and said what are the chances the bridge will have a European name?

And sure enough, it’s got a name that has nothing to do with Brandon settlement and history. Being of European extraction, it just burns me, how our city fathers toss us aside.

I agree about the big fuss being made over our multicultural invasion, and yet the people who helped make the city what it is  today are put on the back burner. And they say discrimination is on the decline. Bull.

Kudos to you, Bruce. I just wish there were more people like you in this biased city. Are there any streets in this city  ending with a chi, ski, chuck?

Thanks for reading my comments. I remain a faithful reader.
