Harper dances

INUVIK, N.W.T. _ Prime Minister Stephen Harper took new steps in his campaign to promote sovereignty in the Arctic -- by dancing. On Wednesday night, he took to the floor and joined in during a performance by the Inuvik Drummers and Dancers.
